OUR HISTORY . . .
The company’s founder and president, Charles Barber, originally started working in the pool business in 1971. After receiving hands-on experience as a mixer man, troweler, and foreman of a plaster crew, Charles decided to move to Texas in 1978 to start his own plaster company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Originally named Precision Pool Plastering, the business started from meager beginnings: running only one crew with Charles as the foreman. Eventually, through hard work and dedication to its customers, the company grew dramatically in size. Now, the company has three branches (Wylie Plastering, LLC, Flower Mound Plastering, LLC, and Austin Plastering, LLC), and runs a total of 15 crews with over 70 employees. Out of these branches, the company plasters approximately 3,500 pools in Texas each year!

OUR SERVICE . . .
Each plaster crew has, on average, 5 professionally trained employees and a foreman to ensure quality workmanship. All of our work is warrantied, and we are insured for your protection. In addition to remodeling our customers’ pools, we also subcontract our services to many of the pool-building companies in North Texas. Over the past 25 years, we have been selected to complete the most expensive and largest swimming pool projects in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.
We are also active in the research and development of plaster products through the National Plasterer's Council. The company currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NPC and attends several meetings throughout the year, all in an effort to provide better products and services to our customers.
